About Author (Dr. Guneet Monga Bhargava) - After completing her Bachelor's Degree of Physiotherapy from SMU. She had internships from various institutes like Bombay Hospital (Indore), Sterling Hospital (Ahmedabad), Apollo International Hospital (Ahmedabad), Shreenath Orthopaedic Hospital (Udaipur). She has completed her Post Graduation Diploma in Yoga from Ladnun. She has also done Phd. in Stress Management from Pacific University, Udaipur. - She is also the author to the book Yog Vidhya which is available in Hindi and English. Currently working in Pacific University, Udaipur as the Director of Faculty of Yoga and running Dynamic Yoga Studio for the last 8 years.
